apps365.games is run by APPS 365 LTD (company no. 13955007), 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, UK. We are the data controller for this website.

No tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own server, so visiting a page does not send your details to anyone else. Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

Enquiries

If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, company or website (if you give one) and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss your project, on the basis of taking steps at your request before a contract. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless they lead to a project. We never sell your details.

The enquiry form is for adults (18+) asking about game or app development. If you are a player who needs help with one of our games, please message us on Roblox instead.

Our games

Our Roblox games run on Roblox. Roblox's own privacy policy covers your Roblox account and gameplay data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@apps365ltd.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).
